Prefecture SP imposes restriction on charter bus

Once again the interests of a minority were above the needs of others.

The Municipal Transportation in St. Paul will publish a decree that regulates (synonymous to restrict) the movement of charter bus in São Paulo.

Summary of what has been set:

We pay taxes to have health, education and public transport. However, the lack of quality and competence of public power, resorted to private health plans, particularly for education and private transportation. With the rules barring the charter, the City wants to take away my right to choose a better service that it offers. It's the end of the sting of public intrusion on private sectors to work properly.
